User Acquisition Executive



As our business continues to evolve internationally and towards exciting new audiences, we are looking for individuals with experience in the mobile performance marketing sector to join our team as a User Acquisition Executive. Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition the UA Executive will be responsible for growing and retaining our subscribers in a few selected markets/mobile operators. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimise marketing activities across multiple channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Social
  • Grow our subscriber base and find ways to delight and retain them
  • Experiment, test and analyse multiple campaigns
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and audience segmentation
  • Assist our talented design team in developing creative assets using campaign advert performance data
  • Run A/B tests and review the performance of individual ad creatives to identify best performing assets
  • Track campaigns and generate frequent performance reports to present to the stakeholders
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

Skills and Capabilities

  • Proven experience in Google Ads PPC
  • Experience with Google’s platforms and tools (YouTube, GDN, DCM, GTM, Optimize, etc.)
  • Experience with reporting dashboards and various analytics platforms, all relevant KPIs, able to execute either ROI or ROAS marketing strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills (specifically pivot tables), comfortable with manipulating large data sets and adept with collaborative software such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Expertise with analyzing performance data and arriving at actionable recommendations regarding campaign direction
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile acquisition tools and channels
  • Strong knowledge of display advertising
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field would be advantageous
