For its second consecutive year, PM Connect has been included in the prestigious Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 – coming in 79th place.
The league table, now in its 18th year, ranks the 100 British private tech companies with the fastest growing sales. Sponsored primarily by insurance providers Hiscox, the awards aim to recognise innovation and sales acumen by celebrating the businesses on the sharpest upward trajectory in the British Technology, Media and Telcom (TMT) sector.
The win marks a record year for PM Connect, with a new deal with basketball giant NBA, building on its sports profile that already includes household wrestling brand WWE – causing the business’s profile and profits to skyrocket, with sales growth of 59% and turnover now at £19.3 million.
James Macfarlane, PM Connect Group CEO, commented on the win:
“To be included in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track for the second year running shows that, as a company, we continue to go from strength to strength. PM Connect’s success is down to our hard-working team, but also our dynamic, resourceful mind-set and a genuine commitment to providing the very best solutions for our clients and their customers.”
“Mobile payments offer a huge opportunity that only the most forward thinking brands are currently taking advantage of. As a frontrunner in the industry, we hope to help more companies take the plunge. With several more deals in the pipeline, this is an incredibly exciting time for PM Connect, and this ranking just cements the fact that the only way is up for mobile payments.”
